This cake pan is designed with a rotating cutter bar that handily prevents cakes from sticking in the pan. Once your cake has cooled, simply rotate the bar around the entire circumference of the pan and flip the cake out onto a cutting board or cake pedestal. Voila! Your cake is ready to be decorated.
