Just soak Brown Sugar Bearβ’ in water for 20 minutes and set him right in your bag of brown sugar to keep it from caking. Made of a special clay and dried in an electric kiln, it will not interact with your food. It will also keep dried fruits fresh and cakes, cookies, licorice, and popcorn kernels moist. Re-soak every 3 months or so. To keep salt and spices from getting clumped with moisture, as well as crackers and chips crispy, dry Brown Sugar Bear in the oven, cool, and place in a sealed container with the food you want to keep dry.
